It’s Wedding time!

We spent the weekend in Bellingham WA for the wedding of a family friend. It was perfect and one of the best weddings I have ever been to! The bride is a real “details” girl, and it showed! The actual ceremony was in the morning up on Mt Baker, and it was kid free, so we spent the morning visiting my old barn and driving around the “neighborhood”. The reception was in the evening and in true parent fashion we spent much of the afternoon trying to convince the little monsters to nap so they would make it through the evening. Needless to say it was a struggle, but in the end we were victorious! Granted it was so late we had to wake them to be on time but we got it done! Anyway the reception was lovely and full of people I hadn’t seen in ages. I completely forgot to take pictures but know that a great time was had by all! David and I danced the night away, and even closed the party down! There is nothing like driving your drunk siblings home, especially when everyone is in a great mood. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for taking our tired monsters home so we could party like rockstars 😂

The only picture we took at the wedding!
Our fancy Air BNB 😍
It had its own “play ground” #citykids
And the worlds coolest play house!

We also went to my “happy place” AKA a horse barn. This one in particular was where I rode in high school and I have such fond memories!

Overall a great time was had by all! We shared the house with my mom and Brian (also known as grandma and grandpa), my sister Rita and her boyfriend Kevin, and my brother Lucas. It was so fun to have that close family time right before we leave. Also on that note the countdown is on! We leave in 10 days!!!!!
